Shipping Within Australia Only

ABP Collectibles ships exclusively within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on the service selected and the weight of your order.

  • Heavy / Oversized Parcels: Prices may increase based on total parcel weight, size, or courier surcharges. Any adjusted cost will appear at checkout.

Shipping rates may change if and when couriers or Australia Post increase their pricing.


Packaging & Care

Every order is packed securely, safely, and with care and love, regardless of the purchase value. We do not discount shipping, as we ensure all items are protected with proper materials to minimise risk during transit.

We keep photo or video proof of how your order is packaged and handed over to the courier.


Dispatch Times

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods.


Delivery Times & Delays

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier:

  • ABP Collectibles holds no responsibility for delivery times, delays, missed scans, or extended transit periods.

  • Delivery estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed and are controlled solely by the courier.

Every shipment includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.


Responsibility & Risk During Transit

After your parcel is accepted by the courier, risk transfers to the buyer. ABP Collectibles is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Lost parcels

  • Damage caused during transit

We will assist only in situations where the courier requires information from the sender and the buyer cannot resolve the issue themselves. However, ABP Collectibles is not liable for any outcome determined by the courier.


Damaged Items in Transit

We take every precaution to ensure safe packaging. Because courier handling is outside our control, we do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged during shipping.

Proof of packaging will be provided upon request.


Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ABP Collectibles is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
