Welcome to ABP Collectibles (“we”, “us”, “our”), which operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT 

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your region. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not transfer or sell your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

 We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device. We do not warrant that the product's appearance or quality will meet your expectations.

Trading Card Condition: All singles are sold as‑is. Condition is listed accurately to the best of our ability. Minor factory imperfections (print lines, centreing, edge specks, surface marks) are normal and not grounds for refund. Customers agree to purchase based on the provided photos and descriptions.

Graded Cards: Graded cards are graded by third‑party companies. We are not responsible for grading outcomes, population changes, or subjective opinions about grade accuracy.

Sealed Product: Sealed products cannot be returned once opened. We do not accept returns based on pull rates or randomness.

We may discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

 

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders may not be cancelled once accepted. Refunds will not be issued for disagreements over condition unless the item received is materially different from the listing. Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

 

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices may change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. You agree to provide accurate billing information and keep your payment details up to date.

 

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Singles Packaging: All singles are shipped in a penny sleeve, top loader, team bag, and protective mailer.

Risk of Loss: Once transferred to Australia Post, risk of loss passes to you.

 

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services is owned by ABP Collectibles or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any material without written permission.

 

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

Third‑party tools are provided “as‑is” without warranties. Use of such tools is at your own risk.

 

SECTION 8 – THIRD‑PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third‑party websites or their content. You access them at your own risk.

 

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

ABP Collectibles is powered by Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any sales or transactions between you and ABP Collectibles.

 

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

 

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

Any feedback you submit may be used by us for any purpose. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty‑free license to use such feedback.

 

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We may correct errors or update information at any time without notice.
