ABP Collectibles is a trading card retailer based in Griffith, NSW. We specialise in Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball, and other TCG products.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship Australia‑wide only. International shipping is not currently available.

HOW LONG DOES DISPATCH TAKE?

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

During peak periods, dispatch may take 1–3 business days.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery timeframes depend on Australia Post:

• Standard: 3–7 business days

• Express: 1–3 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING?

Yes. Every order includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

HOW ARE TRADING CARDS PACKAGED?

Singles are shipped securely using the following method:

• Penny sleeve

• Top loader

• Top loader sleeve

• Bubble wrapped

• Shipping protectors

• Bubble wrapped

• Padded mailer

Sealed products are shipped in padded boxes with protective packaging.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns for:

• Incorrect items received

• Orders cancelled before shipping

We do not accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Cards purchased in the correct condition as described

• Graded cards

• Opened sealed products

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photos of the packaging and item.
2. Contact us within 48 hours. We will assist you and resolve the issue quickly.

WHAT IF THE CARD CONDITION IS DIFFERENT FROM THE LISTING?

Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We may offer:

• A replacement (if available)

• A partial refund

• A full refund upon return

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Banks typically take 3–5 business days to process the refund.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept:

• Credit/debit cards

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• Shopify Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

DO YOU OFFER PREORDERS?

If preorders are available, they will be clearly marked on the product page.

Preorder items ship once stock arrives.
