Secure Upcoming Products Before Release
Preorders allow you to reserve upcoming Pokémon, One Piece, and Dragon Ball products before they officially launch. ABP Collectibles offers preorders for sealed products and, when available, select singles.
We keep the process simple, transparent, and collector‑friendly - no hype, no overpromising, and no surprises.
How Preorders Work
1. Pay at Checkout
All preorder items must be paid in full at the time of purchase. This guarantees your reservation and locks in your price.
2. Allocation Dependent
Preorders are always subject to distributor allocation. If our allocation is reduced, delayed, or changed, we will contact you immediately with options.
3. Release Dates Can Change
Release dates are set by the manufacturer and may shift. If a product is delayed, your preorder will automatically move to the new release date.
4. Orders Ship on Release
Preorders ship on or shortly after the official release date, depending on distributor arrival times.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations
You may cancel a preorder any time before it ships.
Once the order has been dispatched, it is subject to standard return rules.
Store Cancellations
If our distributor reduces or cancels our allocation, we may need to:
- Reduce quantities
- Delay shipping
- Cancel affected orders
If this happens, you will receive:
- A full refund or
- The option to switch to another product (if available)
We will never leave you guessing - communication is immediate.
Refunds
If a preorder is cancelled (by you or due to allocation issues), a refund is issued to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
Important Notes
✔ No price increases after purchase
Once you preorder, your price is locked in - even if market prices rise.
✔ Preorders cannot be combined with in‑stock items
To avoid delays, preorder items must be purchased separately from in‑stock products.
✔ Preorders ship when ALL items in the order are released
If you preorder multiple items with different release dates, the order ships when the final item is available.
✔ We do not guarantee early arrival
We ship as soon as stock arrives from distributors.
